Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be free from damage, marks, or signs of wear.
  • Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
